• Natural white oak wood is resistant to moisture, grease and odors
• Wood medallion on top is engraved with a ‘P’ to distinguish between pepper and salt mills
• Adjust the grind setting with a turn of the wood medallion – clockwise for a finer ground and counterclockwise for a coarser grind
• To fill, remove the rubber cap on the bottom of the mill
• Spot clean with a damp cloth, and allow to dry thoroughly before refilling
