Pressing the "SET" button once causes the characters on the digital display to flash, indicating that the instrument has entered the configuration mode. Press the "△" button to increase the setpoint value, or the "▽" button to decrease it; holding down either the "△" or "▽" button will cause the data to change rapidly. Press the "SET" button once more to return the instrument to its normal operating state, thereby completing the temperature setting process. (Note: If the temperature controller is an intelligent/programmable model, a separate instruction manual for the controller will be provided.)
